
Chicken StuffThis is one of my easiest recipes. I first heard about Chicken Stuff (what Dave calls it) from my sister Janet. Her son, Randy, used to make this for himself when he was in high school. It's basically just a quick creamed chicken. It tastes a lot better than the recipe suggests. Ingredients:

The above proportions are enough for two large servings. I usually use three slices of toast per serving, though my servings are generous. One small can of soup and one or two small cans of chicken also work for a smaller amount. |
