Presh

RB: July 5, 2005. She was special.

I was born to an abandonned blind kitty cat that somebody dumped near our house not long before I was born. Grandma, my human's mommy, had spotted the kittie (who was wild) not knowing she was pregnant, but started feeding her hoping some day to tame her. It was scary, because Grandma didn't know what was wrong with her but her eyes looked like somewody had put gasoline in them or something. It was awful, but Grandma just kept feeding her and hoping for the best.

Daddy found me in the dirt behind the house when I was only about ten days old, and that was back when Charlie, one of my mommy's earlier cats, was still alive an he owned that house and he knew that no other critter would ever come there...but daddy found me and took me in the house, and Charlie just loved me right from the start!!!

It turned out that blind kitty was my mom cat, but by the time daddy got back outside from taking me inside she had taken the other two babies way under the house where nobody could go...

Anyway, I was so little that mommy fed me with an eye-dropper and then a little baby-kitty-doll bottle, even in the middle of the night! I have helped mommy with everything she does even since then, and I don't know how she ever managed without me!

From the very beginning, grandma an daddy would hold me in there hands an say stuff like "Oh, she's so prescious." And mommy would stand up an say "You stop that! You can't name her Prescious, because you'll end up calling her Presh and that's stupid!" (ain't mommy wonderful?)

So, they did, and they do, an I am...my name is Presh, and I have kitty friends all over the world!

Actually, my whole name is:

Precious, Little-love, Bam-Bam, Killer Salsbury

E-mail Presh.
