Chicken on a Stick

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken (tenderloins if available), amount up to you
  • Italian or other dressing (your choice)
  • BBQ sauce
  • Garlic, pepper, other spices to taste
  • Bamboo skewers

Preparation

  • If chicken isn't tenderloins, slice in to long strips.
  • Marinate chicken in the refrigerator in dressing and spices at least overnight.
  • Double or triple skewer chicken on skewers. (Pierce chicken at least at each end, for larger pieces also the middle. Chicken should be fairly well attached to the bamboo skewer.)
  • Brush with BBQ sauce
  • Broil for 5 to 7 minutes
