Buffalo Wing Chicken Dip

My sister Janet gave me this recipe. It's very easy and delicious. First time I served it at a party, it was a major hit.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tubs shredded Tex Mex chicken (available at the super market)
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1 jar quality chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 bottle hot sauce or hot wing sauce

Preparation:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Soften cream chees (I just nuke it for a minute or so)
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and hot sauce. Mix well. Note on the hot sauce; half a bottleis a suggestion. Use less or more, to taste. My sister uses hot sauce but I prefer wing sauce.
  4. Add chicken and mix well.
  5. Pour into large glass baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with celery dippers and/or corn chips.
